Mike Chan is a digital and film photographer based in New York. His passion is street photography, and the strangers who cross life’s stage are the muses. His goal is to catch shadows in the periphery, to explore the latent beauty, symmetry, drama, and magnetism that binds life together. A wintry night, a summer day in the park, men and women standing proud — each moment has its own truth. This brief photo essay is an urban travelogue of Mike’s journey to capture those fleeting precious moments that unfold in front of our eyes every day.
