Michel Nguie was born in Bordeaux (France) and grew up in the suburbs. He began photography in 2008, the date of purchase of his first camera. In 2012, the Museum of Contemporary Art CAPC in Bordeaux devoted his exhibition “façade.“ Since 2010, he has had successive exhibitions and publications in International. Since 2010, Michel Nguie has been represented by the agency Signatures, Paris. In 2015 several of his pictures will belong to the French museum’s collection of photography. Find him on Twitter: here. Carrie Ivy (formerly Carrie Seitzinger) is Editor-in-Chief and Co-Publisher of NAILED. She is the author of the book, Fall Ill Medicine, which was named a 2013 Finalist for the Oregon Book Award. Ivy is also Co-Publisher of Small Doggies Press.
